1. Services

CoffeyClub provides social media marketing services, including content strategy, creation, scheduling, posting, and account management, as agreed with each client.

2. Agreements

All services will be agreed in advance, including:

  • Scope of work
  • Deliverables
  • Pricing

3. Payment

  • Fees are charged monthly unless otherwise agreed
  • Payment terms will be outlined before work begins
  • Late payments may result in paused services and/or additional charges

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing honest and accurate information
  • Supplying content and account details where required
  • Responding to communications in a timely manner

5. Content approval

Where applicable (and agreed), clients will have the opportunity to review and approve content before publishing.

6. Results

While CoffeyClub aims to improve social media performance, specific results (e.g. follower growth, engagement) cannot be guaranteed.

7. Cancellation

  • Services can be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • Any work completed up to cancellation must be paid for in full

8. Liability

CoffeyClub is not liable for:

  • Platform outages
  • Changes to social media algorithms
  • Third-party actions
  • Business performance

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
